Sunday, January 30, 2005 10:18 PM Kinda busy lately preparing for CNY. Had our yearly spring cleaning yesterday and scrub all the tiles and windows with mighty force. *sweat*. Not to mention that I suffered from cuts... all thanks to the sharp ends of the windows. *sob*. But then again, looking at how clean my house is now, it just makes me feel shiok. This morning, drove my parents and sister to the Toa Payoh's Shuang Lin Shi temple to pay our respect to grandpa. I always felt emotional inside when I saw his tablet. Thank him for looking after us all these years after his passing. I know he is always there for us because my family's welfare is smooth year after year. Thank you, ye ye... While trying to make our way to the exit, Dad and Sister saw this cute bunch of grapes made of crystal. The big ones cost $108 while the small one is $18. So Dad bought the big ones and Sister got the small one. Hee... Hopefully it brings them luck! I was looking at this display of Buddha crystal bracelet and Mum asked me if I wanna get one. Hee... Dad said green one looks nicer so he bought one for me...
Nice? It's simple and tiny. It gives me a calming effect too. :) OH ya... This year Rat "fun tai sui"... hopefully it won't be a bad year for me. :( So after praying, we had lunch at the Jackson Kopitiam and went straight home... Went out again after resting to baby's place. Missed him lotsa as we didn't see each other for like... a day? Tee-hee... Had dinner with baby and his parents at Bedok. Went to NTUC for groceries shopping. I love it! :D Now... back home to finish my report... Sob... It's a long but fulfilling day. :)
