Home: Chen Su Lan Methodist Children's Home

Location: Suntec City Duck Tour

Time: Starts @ 11am - Ends @ 4pm (tentatively); Lunch will be @ 11.55am - 12.45pm Suntec City's Macdonalds




Itinerary




11.00am: Pick up the children from the children’s home and head towards Suntec City.

11.45am: Arrival at the Suntec City.

11.45am - 11.55am: Settling down @ Suntec City’s Macdonald’s for lunch.


11.55am – 12.45pm: Lunch at Suntec City.

12.45pm – 1.00pm: Briefing for the Duck Tour

1.00pm - 2pm: Tour ride

About the DUCKtours

The DUCKtour offers you a 60-minute adventure that is on both land and water. It starts off from Suntec City and go by places such Victoria Theatre, Supreme Court and the War Memorial Park. It will then proceed down to Marina Bay where you will be able to see the Esplanade, the Merlion statue and Clifford Pier. After which, it will head back to Suntec City where you will be dropped off. Attached is the route map.




2.00pm – 3.30pm:: If we are able to successfully pitch for the sponsored bus by Epson, we will be able to do movie screening for the children. If not, we will pitch for other activities for the children.

3.30 – 4.00pm: Back to Chen Su Lan Children’s Home.

*Please take note that all volunteers will have to pay for their own ride and lunch as only the home's children will be sponosored.  



Price of Charter Duckie: S$512.40 (Include GST)

Individual price: S$11.90/kid ; S$23.10/adult (I will check out with the organiser again for the spilt up price if we are taking up the charter duckie.)

Lunch for the children: Happy Meal @ S$4.50 each. (Choice of Mac Nuggets or Fish Dipper)

Estimated cost for the children without volunteers: S$500 (Ride + Lunch + Transportation if Epson is unable to help)
