11:00 AM
For the past few days, I was trying to self cure the irritating throat of mine. It started with the silly me choking on orange juice which I think somehow hurt my throat. It got worse on Sunday as my throat felt like sandpaper and swallowing saliva felt like swallowing sand instead.
Thanks to the lovely Husband for getting Honey and Gui Ling Gao Herbal Jelly (is there a actual name for it? Turtle Jelly? haha!), I felt so much better today. Woohoo no need to see doctor!
[160909 - The arrival] On the 16th, my Sister and Jeff fly over to HK from SG to have a short holiday and we decided to play host and house them at our place. Hope they won't mind our small but cozy little adobe!
Met them at the Kowloon Airport express station. I was super early so decided to settle my lunch there. Bought 16 mini siew mais (I am obsessed!) and bought the smarties mac flurry too to satisfy my hunger pangs. :D~
By the time we reach my place, it's pretty late already so we catch a train to IFC mall, shop a little at Zara before meeting the Hubby for dinner @ Yung Kee.
(trying out new PS action but pictures turn out a little too blue-ish. -_-)
LOVE THEIR FRIED RICE TO THE MAX! Sigh make me wonder why there are such great delicacy around!
My sister suggest that we should get a drink since we are already in Lan Kwai Fong. The Hubby and I have never patronize any of the bars there before can you believe it, after staying here for so long? Anyway we just grab one and walk in because they all look the same to me. Haha! But we were pretty lucky because Insomnia @ LKF have live band that day and we are in the midst of happy hours so beers were cheap!
The next 2 days, Sister and Jeff went to Disney and Ocean Park on 2 seperate occasion. I am amazed because I don't think I can live without sparing some time for shopping. Haha! Nevertheless I am glad they had fun at the theme parks!
[190909 - Big Buddha & Jumbo Kingdom] We woke up pretty early to accommodate the travelling time we have to spend on the bus up to the Big Buddha. NP360 was closed for maintance so no choice but to take the Lantao Bus. Talking about suayness... The last time Ailing mei was here, they were closed to. -_- I am THAT close to puking due to motion sickness.
After offering respect, we had the vegetarian food as breakfast+lunch (What you call that? Brunch?) which was fantastic. Love the cold beancurd!
Another dreadful bus ride back to TungChung from big buddha but this time I pop a motion sickness pill just in case. Phew.
Sister and Jeff spent sometime in Citygate while the Husband and I went to collect my online purchase. We met up at Mongkok so they can buy the famous Hang Heung old wives biscuit. As usual... they bought a WHOLE LOT. Haha... the Husband is quite scared of it already. Won't go into details!
Since it's still early, we decided to take a cab back to our place to drop off our barangs, freshen up before going for dinner @ Jumbo Kingdom.
To make our way to Jumbo (@ Shum Wan pier), we have to take a train from Olympic Station to Hong Kong Station, switch to bus 75 at the interchange which take a long time to reach.
To be honest, I am never into fine dining for seafood. SEAFOOD WHAT! Must eat with hands, which can be super unglam.
Anyway I was very pissed throughout the whole dinner because I really dislike the attitude which the waiter gave us. I am known to be a sucker for good service and I know in order to have good service, I have to be nice to who ever serve me too. 将心比心的道理我还懂! But this particular waiter was so rude that I don't think I can just let it go. We may not be dressed in formal outfit, but at least we are not sloppish! And YES, we are not WHITE skin-ed. Don't have to be so nationality-cist. We also got money to pay one okie?! SO what we take a long time to choose what to eat? We are not sweating at the price of YOUR menu but instead, we are rolling eyes at how common and unattractive your dishes are. UGH!
I really regret agreeing to eat at Jumbo. Should have travel slightly further to Sai Kung to eat instead. Look at the Cheese Lobster from Jumbo and compare them to the one I had in Sai Kung. You pay for a premium but get lousy dishes and attitude.
So please. if anyone of you are thinking of eating at Jumbo Kingdom, please think THRICE. Other than the outlook, nothing else is fantastic! Go Sai Kung eat better!
Sorry for being so pissed. Thou I didn't enjoy the dinner itself, I enjoyed the company very much.
After dinner, we went back home and had a few rounds of mahjong before we call it a day. Being angry really drain my energy faster. -_-
[200909 - Dim Sum & the couple leaving HK]
Thou we slept late the night before, we make it a point to wake up early so we can enjoy some nice dim sum together before parting ways with my Sister and Jeff.
It's my 1st time trying the Federal Palace @ Olympian City. It's pretty good but I still prefer Tao Heung thou. Federal Palace have more variety of dim sum and some with interesting names... like 我不是春卷。 Haha... we can't hold back your curiosity and ordered one to find out what exactly it is. To those who have tried Bosses Restaurant (黑社會 @ Vivo City, Singapore) they actually have this dish as complimentary starter dish. Not sure if they still does that now but the last time I went, which was really quite sometime back, they do.
Had a great time at Dim Sum thou all of us were feeling extremely lack of sleep. Haha...
The Husband have to go for his usual basketball game so the remaining 3 of us shop around at the mall before making our way back home. Sister and Jeff's flight was scheduled at 230pm IIRC so they have to leave my place at about 12pm. Send them down to the concierge to call a cab.
Hope my Sister and Jeff enjoyed their stay!
I am going to the SOGO Sale tomorrow! Don't know if I can find any good deal but the thought of stepping out of the house excites me!
It's 2.30am in the morning...

2:35 AM
and I am hungry, angry and lonely.
The husband is STILL stuck at work and I can't get to sleep. Both of us haven't had our dinner yet thou I ordered pizzahut at 10pm earlier on. (I want to eat it with him...)
Is this how working life always is? Is this what we expect before we came to HK? Is this even the right decision from the start?
I am not angry with the hubby at all... more like I am angry with myself.
Downtime ugh!

10:12 AM
I had enough of this downtime shit from namecheap.
I will seriously consider about changing my host when my contract expires.
DDoS attack?! TWICE in this month?! And almost once every month!? What are these guys doing? It's a federal crime leh. Instead of handing this case to FBI, they are "trying to fix the server". And that's not even getting to the root of the problem.
If it's once or twice in a year, I can understand. BUT ONCE EVERY MONTH AND NOW TWICE THIS MONTH IS ALITTLE TOO MUCH RIGHT?! And they can still ask if I would like to migrate my server to another stable for the time being. HELLO?! DO you still need to ask?! Just migrate la! I can't believe how bad they are handling their clients.
UNbelievable-ble-ble-ble-ble-ble-ble-ble-ble-ble-ble-ble-!!! AHH!!

Just when I thought my shingles and allergy are recovering already...
MY BLARDY CELLULITIS ARE BACK OMFG!
On the same foot, same toes somemore! A I Y O!!!!
I felt my toes were hard and painful yesterday but I ignore it because I thought it's due to bad blood circulation as the weather was chilly. BUT it got worse today and my toes starts to swell omg. I can't believe my luck!!
It's either a punishment for saying a few entries back that I won't want to step into hk clinic, or the bacteria from my previous infection still stuck somewhere in the tissue. It's really getting me on my nerves leh.
Ever since I got cellulitis in Jan, my mood wasn't that fantastic already. Then came shingles and allergy, I have zero mood for anything. From chatting online (sorry friends who have been trying to chat with me), to playing wii to even stepping out of the house, I have mood for absolutely NOTHING. All these illness are slowly killing me man. Grr!!
Staying at home also can have so much problem. I can't wait to move back to Singapore already. I HATE IT HERE. I seriously do NOW NOW NOW!!!
Hai.

11:17 AM
Sometimes I just can't get that anger out of me...
Even the slightest thought of this person makes my blood boil.
What could be worse? I am going to see this person for the rest of my life.
And soon.
I am sorry mum. But I ought to let you know, when I say don't mention about this person, means I don't wanna HEAR ANYTHING about this person, ever again. I think I have done enough to prove my innocence and done my best for my own part.
I don't see the need to suck it up to anybody who thinks that they are always right. The fact is, IT'S NOT ALWAYS THE CASE. You have your demands but I have my OWN expectation. As long as my conscience is clear, JUST LEAVE ME ALONE.
Count down to our wedding: 19 days!

10:36 AM
Wah lau... this really set my heart racing. Just started packing my bags with stuffs that we are supposed to bring back. Everyday dump abit of things inside just in case we miss out anything. Gotta bring back the entire stack of left over invites as my in laws have to give out the rest by hands. Sigh.
To deal with stress, retail theraphy just have to continue. :P I just track my items and 2 out of 3 package of my spree items are in Singapore. Guess they should be able to reach me when I am back in Singapore!
Finally gotten my panda trucker cap!
Been searching for it everywhere. The shop in HK ran out of size and YesStyle.com took a long time to restock. Anyway the wait is worth while. I love it to bits! Can bring it to our honeymoon liao!
Was shopping with the husband at Fa Yuen St. and chance upon this pair of pumps. Too cute to resist la!
It should be rat right? Not rabbit hor?
Finally managed to get the automatic feeder for the guppies. Although i read that they can go food-less for 2 weeks but that bear the thought of not feeding them la. What if they start snipping each other's tails?!
Quite funny at how they recognise feeding time. When they see me near the tank, they will start to go crazy jumping up and down. I suspect if I leave the cover open, they will sure jump out of the tank lor.
The husband have to go for his haircut this weekend before the wedding. Damn vain boy la. Spend more time infront of the mirror than me. Can't wait to snip off my hair after our big day. I get so sick and tired of long hair especially when i am suffering from bad hair fall. I think i will go botak in no time. Damn scary leh.
I JUST HAVE TO TALK ABOUT THIS.
It's a known fact that I have zero tolerance to plagiarism. Yet again and again its happening around me.
It's amusing when people copy my blog entries. Not like it's well written la. Plus so many gammer mistakes! Want to copy also check the grammer la... it's so boring lor. Talking about my daily life. My husband is not your husband. My name is Anne and yours is not.
BUT it's not funny when you copy someone's copyrighted work. Especially lyrics. I once caught someone copying my lyrics without citing me as the original author. But this person realise her mistakes and mend her ways. I appreciate that.
But then I met this another girl, who I really hate describing as shameless, just couldn't stop doing it, copying, plagiarizing, stealing someone elses work.
I 1st found her copying my entries, my love "poem" which I painstakingly wrote for my husband years back (original ones okie?! i didn't google and copy and paste leh). Then I confronted her, ON MY BLOG. After which she deleted it.
Then when the husband proposed to me, she will tell me that her bf proposed too and getting married. Of course I will give her my blessing. (But everyone knows her dark secret.....)
Then whenever I said I wanted to get something, she also say she want to buy, or already bought it.
THEN now I am a lyricist, she also wants to be one!
Are you a major fan of mine?
If YOU really wants to be a lyricist, go ahead. I won't stop you. But if you openly declare that you are one, and posting all your work in your blog and forums, you have to be really careful.
All your so-called works are not yours. Not a single one for godsake. You got them from all different Taiwan aspiring songwriters forums and sites, thinking that no one will find out. Claiming that those are your works? WRONG MOVE.
Every single piece of work have copyright belongs to the original writers or their publishing house. For example like mine which belongs to Warner and COMPASS helps to keep track of copyright needs.
If you dare to copy and claim those are yours, you gonna prepare to get sued big time if they decided to go after you.
Songwriters circle is rather small. Most of them know each other so such news travels faster than fire. What you're doing now is just trying to get yourself burnt. Thou I heard the original sources are looking into this matter, I am not sure if legal actions will be taken. So I hope this is a good lesson to everyone.
Everyone work very hard to achive what they have today. Including songwriters. Who likes to have their work copied and claim credits by others? It took me years to get to where I am now. Don't you dare to think that CTRL C + CTRL V can get you anywhere.
Do whatever you like, but don't get caught. Then again, the internet? Nothing is a secret.......... google is your best friend. But it will hurt you too... heh heh heh.
Farking pissed.

6:57 PM
I am not someone with great patience. Everyone knows that.
And this able-bodied tall, wearing long-sleeve shirt guy tries to challenge my farking patience. WTF.
Not sure if this happens everywhere in HK but it took me a bloody 30 minutes, 4th in queue, to had my order taken. And this blardy guy came out of no where, decided to jump into the queue, right infront of me, when 2 line merge into one. (Apparently this lady infront of me queued at the wrong line and we were asked to merge into another line.)
If you are rushing for reincarnation, jolly well tell me. I will be more than happy to give way to you, buy your KFC fast and let it be your last meal.
I can give way, if you're an elderly, or tell me your reason of needing to get your food fast. But I can't tolerate a man being so ungentleman, cutting a woman's queue! That smirk from his face makes me wanna slap him!!) And somemore there are people behind me lor.
I know no one behind me complains maybe it's so common to be rude in HK. You must be wondering why I am bitching here instead of telling that guy off. I don't want to get myself blacklisted as I can foresee myself eating KFC very frequent. Afterall this is my blog what. Can't complain meh?
If you think Singaporeans are rude, you have yet to come to HK.

What the hell is with the obsession of building more.. and more.. AND MORE ERP GANTRIES all over Singapore!!!!!!!!!!
I can't believe it man. Now no matter which way we take to go work from the Husband's place, we will kanna ERP. Come on lah, initially it was said that ERP is used to smooth the traffic from jams... but now? EVERYWHERE ALSO GOT A FARKING ERP GANTRY! It's not even a benefit to us lor! I also kanna stuck in the jam everyday what!
I travel by PIE, I will kanna the one at Kallang Bahru and Bendemeer Road. If I travel by Geylang, I will kanna the one at Kallang MTR. SO WHAT DOES THE GOVT WANTS NOW? STAY AT HOME AND ONLY TRAVEL ON THE ROAD AFTER 9AM?! And if everyone start doing it, they will extend the ERP hours. THEN HOW SIA?! EVERYONE STAY AT HOME AH? DON'T WORK AH!? OR GOVT WANNA PROMOTE US WAKE UP EARLY FOR GOOD HEALTH AND WALK TO OUR WORKPLACE?! OR CYCLE AH?! WHO KNOWS NEXT BICYCLE ALSO MUST INSTALL ERP IU!
Bus, MRT and Cab also increase in price. EVERYTHING INCREASE INCREASE FARKING INCREASE. OUR SALARY INCREASE OR NOT?! GOVT RICH LA BUT WE SINGAPOREANS MAJORITY RICH OR NOT? I hate to say this but alot of people really chose to kill themselves because of the standard living here now. It's so difficult to even earn an extra cents now lor!
Must we have a mass suicide protest to show how much stress we suffering now? Wah lau eh. I can't believe it leh. The thought of it makes my boil like mad.

8:31 AM
As everyone were aware of the phone fraud trend going around in Singapore, I have no idea why there are still people being duped into it. And those pain in the ass conmen are still lurking around trying their luck on those yet to be cheated.
This blardy early in the morning, my Dad received a phone call on his mobile...
arsehole: Hello hello!
Dad: Hello?
arsehole: Something had happened to your father-in-law! *blah blah...*
Dad: HUH? BUT I HAVE NO FATHER IN LAW! (My grandpa died like many years ago. Even before I was born.)
arsehole: Oh. And Lily also *blah blah*...
Dad: But I don't know any Lily too!
And that stupid idiot quickly hang up the phone.
They are damn blardy stupid leh. Really. 1st, that person disrupted my Dad's sleep. Secondly, that person thinks that by anyhow bombaring any name will cause my Dad to panic. Man, it's oh so wrong. My Dad is too smart to be duped.
That time he also received a call about winning some prizes but they need him to transfer some admin fee to collect the money. So my Dad told them... Just donate them to the charity. I thought that was really smart! HAHAAHAH!
