Omocha-Land Collection 5 & Updates!
Wednesday, December 23, 2009 10:27 AM  Omocha-Land Collection 5 is up! The last collection of 2009! :) Wanna start off by saying a million thank you to my dearest sister, April and Linus! Although I am not in Singapore but they have no forgotten about me during this festive season! :) And so happy that Rilakkuma reminds April and Linus of me. HAHA!  It's amazing how things like this touches my heart. Guess being away from Singapore make me cherish my family and friends more! :) The other day I ordered 2 Pursetogo for my Miu and NF and it came after a week! The website state it takes 2-4 weeks but I got them really fast! Happy!  Yay! No more saggy NF and messy things in the bags! <3 That day I was digging into my mountains of Rilakkuma collection and found this keychain that I bought sometime back! Rilakkuma and LV are made for each other! :P Look at the matching colors! On Saturday, we went popby Chocoolate to collect the Bape X Chocoolate dotted hoodie that we pre-ordered previously. We both got 1 each so we can have couple hoodie! :)  The cut for mine is perfect but I think the one the Husband got may be a little small but pre-order items are not allowed to exchange. Bah. :( After coming back from Beijing and the beginning of the very cold winter, the toes on my right foot starts to swell and it got worse this week. Finally decided to see a doctor yesterday night and I am surprise to know that it's not Cellulitis. WARNING: GRAPHIC IMAGE! LOL  Now my toes look 1.5 times worse from the picture. (Anyway it's the right foot.) It's exactly the same problem I had last winter. I was diagnose with Cellulitis back then and yesterday when I went back to see another doctor, he said it's not Cellulitis because Cellulitis will not cause all 5 toes and the foot bed to be red and swollen. Super WTF can? Why all the doctors in Hong Kong can't give me a constant diagnosis? Last year when I have shingles, I have to see 3 different doctors for 4 times before being diagnosed with Shingles. Before that I was told that I am suffering from allergy wtf can? The doctor yesterday told me it may be Rheumatism (wtf Rheumatism on toes?!) and if the swell doesn't subside I have to go for a blood test. Sofa-king lost. I went to see the doctor wearing my usual crocs maryjane but it was exceptionally tight yesterday because of the swell and the foot bed was uncovered so my foot was bascially exposed to the super cold air. When I got home, I went straight to shower in hot water because anything below hot can cause frostbite no kidding! While showering, I notice my toes got more tighten and red and worse of all, sofa-king itchy!!! SO ITCHY THAT I CAN'T STOP rubbing it! (I can't scratch because the skin is already very vulnerable from the swell.) I started crying in the bathroom and shouted for the Husband and ask him what to do to stop the itch. I quickly jump out from the shower and continue rubbing them and crying at the same time. Good lord. No words can describe how blardy itchy it was. The itch was making me confuse and I don't know what to do but to rub and stare at it. I decided to apply medication oil but no use! The itch got worse and I totally lost control of my nerve. My leg couldn't stop twitching and it's scaring the shit outta me. I frantically googled for "itchy red swollen toes" and was lead to CHILBLAINS. WTF it's exactly the same! The symptoms and the picture! WHAT CELLULITIS and RHEUMATISM! I don't know what the hell the doctors are doing la but they are absolutely wasting my money and time and making my situation worse! From the situation, it seems like the blood vessels got confused by the drastic change of temperature. So I start to rotate my foot and exercise them to let the blood circulate. I put on a thick socks too to keep it warm. After about 30 minutes of non-stop exercising, the itchy starts to go away. THANK GOODNESS!! I WAS THIS CLOSE TO CHOPPING OFF MY TOES OKIE TO EASE THE ITCH! I force myself to sleep and this morning the itch is gone and the swell went down abit! I can finally bend my toes! PLEASE don't let me experience that kind of itch again! IT ALMOST KILLED ME. Enough of all this terrible foot story. I don't think I will be udpating again before Christmas so... The one week in Beijing was a test for me. Then I realise... I CAN'T DO WITHOUT INTERNET! No facebook, no twitter, no blogs, hardly able to check email... omg I don't know why they ban fb/tweet/blogspot in china. I think it's insane. Thank god the Husband is not working in China! >< Will try to blog about my trip to TW and BJ. As soon as I am done with all the housework. :/ Before signing off, here is my latest and prolly the last buy for 2009!  And inspired by one of the lovely tpf-er:  xoxo. Monday, June 22, 2009 7:50 PM [day 0 // 13.06.09] Our flight was @ 1.20am so we took the airport express @ 10.30pm and took light snack before we board the plane. Supper was provided. And I didn't manage to get a good rest. [day 1 // 14.06.09] Touch down @ Haneda Airport at about 6.30am local time. We took the Tokyo Monorail from the Airport to Hamamatsucho Station & change to Shinjuku Station where our hotel, Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku is located. Too early to check in so we left our baggage at the reception and had breakfast at Macdonalds before heading to Ikebukuro. We visited Tokyu Hands, Bic Camera Store, Sunshine City, Sega Arcade and some other malls which I can't recall. >< Had lunch at this really cosy ramen shop where you buy the tickets from the vending machine and proceed to our indivudual seats which are divided up to maintain privacy. No wonder it's known as the lonely ramen stall. Haha... After lunch we walk around somemore before heading to Roppongi Hills to see the night scene of the Tokyo Towers from the Mori Art Museum. Was very disappointed because it was a very misty night (oh yes, it's was actually cold in Tokyo at this time during summer! weird.) and we paid to see nothing that very night. :( Dinner was @ R Burger which was highly recommended in the travel handbook we bought. Burger was pretty okie but I really hate this particular veggie they place into the burger. It taste so fragrance that I find it hardly edible. That pretty much sum up our 1st day in Tokyo...  (1) The lonely ramen. Love the egg! / (2) The Mori Art Museum with perfect view of the Tokyo City. / (3) R Burger! [day 2 // 15.06.09] Was supposed to wake up really early that day but we were both too tired so decided to give the Tsukiji Fish Market a miss and slot it into some other days in our itinerary. Had Macdonalds for breakfast again and we head to Asakusa Station to visit the Sensoji Temple. I love the food and shopping area outside the temple. They have all different kinds of local tibits and cute souvenirs on sale. Needless to say my eyes are all set on the Rilakkuma ones. HEE! It's really an eye opening experience to visit their temple as they have an entire different feel from the temple in Sg and Hk. The temple in Japan is really quiet and quite smoke-free... Plus they have this fountain in all temple for us to wash hand or rinse the mouth (but cannot drink okie?!). The joss stick they use it very unique and also the stove to lit up the joss stick. Amazing... After leaving the Temple, we make our way to Akihabara. Akihabara is quite famous for their electronic stores... but we didn't really get anything from there. Instead, we got alot more from the Sega Club. We tried our hands on smaller machine like "kiap-ing" small keychains because we thought those bigger machine are out there to con people money. :P (the kiap thingy is always so loose one la!) But when the Hubby tried to kiap this Rilakkuma toy, he almost succeed on his 1st try! Basically it cost 300 yen for 4 tries (100 yen for 1 try) and the Hubby is damn good to win it on the 4th try! :P I wanted the Korilakkuma one to pair up with Rilakkuma and the hubby got it after 2 tries! Hee! So smart! We were about to leave when I saw this poster pasted on a wall next to the shop which shows Rilakkuma and all text in Japanese. I figured out they state date and time and I was hoping that Rilakkuma will visit the shop that day! And so I walk back into the shop and tried asking the assistant by all the means I can (pointing to the kuma plush, pointing to my watch, pointing to the poster. Alamak they really cannot understand english ma!) And finally we were told Kuma will be coming to the shop at 3pm! The time was about 1plus when we were there so we decided to walk around and look for a place for lunch 1st. Wanted to try the Maid's Cafe but realise they don't allow photography so the Hubby think it's rather silly so we had Yoshinoya instead. I swear their Yoshinoya taste so so much better than the Sg and Hk one! Love it! We tried killing time by eating slowly and after lunch we just walk around randomly until 2.45pm. I was waiting early across the street staring at the Sega Club hoping to see Rilakkuma appear. When it's 3pm and Rilakkuma is not here yet, we went over and I asked the assistant again and he told me "Coming Soon". Haha... Out of no where, we saw a short young man ran into the Sega Club and disappear into the shop and in less than 5 minutes, Rilakkuma is life size is walking out right infront of me! (so we figure that the young man is actually the one inside the mascot and he was late! :P) I was SOOOOOO excited I swear I was about to faint. I so wanna kidnap the mascot home! I quickly asked to have my photos taken with it and I couldn't stop touching the head. Aiyo so cute!!!! It's definitely a dream come true for me and the best highlight of the trip!! After all the Rilakkuma hype, we need a place to rest our feet badly so we decided to try out this bar located along the busy streets. Very nice deco and cozy lightings. But because they allow customer to smoke in the bar (actually most cafe and restaurant allow smoking...) I was kinda turn off.. We left Akihabara for Tokyo Station, where the Rilakkuma store is! Super excited!! It's really a heaven for Rilakkuma lover as they sell things that you cannot buy from outside. I love the tees but my size is sold out!! :( I didn't buy alot on the 1st trip there but spent a long time inside just to stare at all their items. I wish I can work in or even better, own a store like this. It's my dream! Woo! We had dinner at a random store in Shinjuku station before we head back to the hotel to end our wonderful 2nd day in Tokyo. So expensive. :(  (1) The Sensoji Temple / (2) Oh my gawd. Rilakkuma! <3 / (3) Featuring the Hubby's new toy, FiveDeeeeeeeMarkTwo! [day 3 // 16.06.09] We made a last minute reservation with the tour agent for our 1 day Mt Fuji/Hakone trip the day before. Needless to say, we have to wake up extremely early incase we miss the bus which was supposed to pick us up for the trip. I spent most of my time sleeping on the bus, as usual. Haha the Hubby tries to wake me up but I drift back into my sleep after opening my eyes and looking at him. Our 1st stop was Mt Fuji. I wasn't expecting it to be THAT cold that's why I wore a 3quad pants instead of jeans. I was literately freezing my ass off! We can see snow along the slope from the mountain and that explain why it's still so cold. But because of the mist/fog, we can't see the Mt Fuji AT ALL. :( Wasted trip lor! We got back to our bus after taking enough of photos and proceed to some cafe for lunch which was included in the tour package. And after lunch, we proceed to take a gondola up to the Hakone Hot Spring. Of course we didn't go for the Hot Spring. We are there to see the hot sulphur spring and to try the famous black egg. I think the main highlight of the trip is to take picture with the Hello Kitty X Black Egg mascot. The 1 day tour was actually kinda boring, which the Hubby agrees too but at least we have fulfilled our aim to visit Mt Fuji + Hakone. The Shinkanse Bullet train takes about 1 hour place to get from Hakone back to Shinjuku. By the time we got back to Shinjuku, we are dead tired already. So we decided to buy dinner back to the hotel from Takashimaya. Hubby have a sudden crave for Yakitori! :P We bought Bento, Yakitori and Tempura! All are on sale because it's quite late already so they need to clear whatever was left that day. :P It's a steal and they r really yummy. Initially we wanted just a box of Tempura but the auntie mistakenly packed 2 packet together and by the time she realised her mistake, she decided to give us the 2nd box for free. Aiyo so nice la she! Haha...  (1) Our tag for the tour / (2) Crazyily misty. ;( / (3) The Gondola we took to the hot spring area / (4) The famous black egg that is said to add 7 years to your life after eating. :P / (5) Hello Kitty X Hakone Black Egg. Only in Hakone! / (6) On Shinkansen bullet train back to Tokyo, Shinjuku / (7) Our dinner that night. Tempura, Yakitori and Bento bought from Takashimaya! Yums. [day 4 // 17.06.09] Decided to go to the Tsukiji Fish Market that day after postponing it from the 2nd day of our trip. But to our horror, the fish market was closed that day! :( But still we had our tummy filled with Sushi. Very expensive!! >< After leaving Tsukiji Fish Market, we took a train to Akabanebashi Station where the Tokyo tower is. Took a helluv pictures there and I have a hard time sorting them out. Haha... Next up is to Harajuku to visit the Meiji Shrine. The place is just like the Sensoji temple but the walk from the train station into the shrine is VERYYYY long! The pathway is full for small stones and walking on them can be quite a pain.. We saw a couple holding a traditional Japanese customary wedding in the shrine. And we make our mark by writing our wishes on the wishing tablet and hang in onto the wishing wall. It's funny reading some from the others and we spot one that curse the theft that broke into his car twice and stole his GPS system. Haha... We left Meiji Shrine for the shopping area in Harajuku. That's where Kiddyland is! But we were disappointed at the amount of Rilakkuma things that Kiddyland carries. The Rilakkuma store is definitely way better! There was supposed to be a Bape Cafe in Harajuku but after searching for like almost 45 minutes, walk alot of 冤枉路, we realise that it's 倒闭 already. Alamak.. in the end we just make do with some Udon restaurant along the way. Harajuku is so huge we got very tired after much walking and we decided to go back Shinjuku to rest and shop abit before we call it a day...  (1) Tokyo Tower, at my finger tips. :P / (2) Serious photographer at work / (3) The hugeass crow! [day 5 // 18.06.09] We finally tried the buffet breakfast at the hotel. It's oh-so-good and I am missing it right now! Woohoo! Spent our whole day in Shibuya and Ginza. Wah the amount we walk can kill our feet. Haha... We visited the huge Apple Store (impressed with the elevator!) and bought something for my Dad and finally found my Incase pink color laptop sleeve! The hubby also managed to find his Bape store and bought 2 tees and 1 pants. I like to see him shop! ^^ We went back to the Rilakkuma store and I bought more things this time round. I just can't stop! It's scary. :P Had dinner in Shinjuku's famous Yakitori Street. VERY VERY yummy! But as usual... the place is full of cigarette and yakitori smoke. We are really really really smelly after walking out of the place. >< [day 6 // 19.06.09] Odaiba is at the border of Tokyo therefore its a little more troublesome to get there. Almost wanna give up the idea of going there but thank god we didn't. The place is beautiful and I bought many things from there! :P Odaiba is where the mini Statue of Liberty and rainbow bridge are both located at. It's also a "beach" and the place is very tranquil. So tranquil that a huge bee decided to land on my arm and left some weird green substance on it. Wah lau thank god not sting. -_- We took ALOT of pictures there and later had lunch at Macdonalds. We shopped at Agnes B And Toys"R"Us! Took a train from Odaiba to the Venusfort where the Toyota showcase is. Hugeeeee place and we tried the Ecodrive stimulator. So fun la! Hee... After all the fun in Toyota center, we pass by the ferris wheel (decided not to take because weather was sooooo hot!) and got into a game center. Told hubby that we should totally take photo sticker in Japan since it's originated from there. Hee! But turn our pretty scary because that machine we took have the eyeballs enlarge function! We didn't even opt for it. And the pictures turn out freaky... got the manga kind of big eyes. O_O  Before leaving the game center, the Hubby spotted a poster introducing the Rilakkuma photosticker machine. OMG! We almost missed it! So we went to take another one at the kuma machine. SO SO HAPPY! :)  Even my small kuma get to be in the sticker. <3 We left Venusfort and head back to Roppongi Hills for the 2nd time as the hubby wasn't satisfied with the previous visit due to the misty weather. (He say he was unable to capture the nightscene that day.) And we paid AGAIN just to go up lor. Haha... (Before that, we rented a locker in the subway station to place all our shopping barang in it because it's too bulky for us to carry around. But I was super paranoid about my things being stolen! ><) After making sure that the hubby is satisfied with his photos, we had dinner at Yoshinoya and back to Shinjuku to place our stuff before heading to Hotel Park Hyatt Tokyo.  (1) Aqua City @ Odaiba / (2) Kuma says hi! (with the hubby in the background) / (3) Am I in Japan or New York?! - Kuma / (4) Statue of Liberty with the Rainbow bridge (is that right?) / (5) Chasing the birdyyyyyy / (6) Some random bug I tried hard in capturing on my camera / (7) Driving in Japan! (not!) / (8) Don't try this while driving on the road. / (9) Some nice artistic work display along Roppongi Hill / (10) Love holding your hands / (11) Singapore Restaurant?! / (12) Beautifully lit up Tokyo Tower. The main reason for heading down to Hotel Park Hyatt Tokyo is for the famous New York Bar, which was featured in the movie, Lost In Translation.  Thou the place is full of people smoking, the ambience is really cool and nice. We had red wine with snacks, listening to the live band, whispering into each other's ears, spotting weird couples (haha!)... Thanks to the hubby's persistence about going to the bar. :P [day 7 // 20.06.09] Our last day in Tokyo! Woke up really early to enjoy our last breakfast of our trip. Make a mad dash around Shinjuku to do last minute shopping and also to buy another luggage for our excessive shopping. Our Airport Limo is supposed to fetch us at 1pm (it takes 2 hours to reach Narita from Shinjuku!) and we reach the airport at about 3pm. Our flight bound for HK is at 540pm. Bought somemore things in the Airport and the hubby bought me a big Kiiroitori so I can hug it on the plane. Hee! Cute! OH YA... guess what? I saw Angelababy at the Narita Airport! Guys envy me or not? She is quite pretty but of coz what you see on her blog is better. I could recognise her rabbit plush she was holding to while she walk past me before I notice her face. Hee Touch down in HK at around 10ish pm... so tired but I have to unpack everything before my mind will feel at ease. ------------ I am sure you all wanna see what I bought right!! :P  (1) I got all this from the kiap kiap machine! I love the big plastic bag! (2) A big bag from The Rilakkuma store! (3) This are what's inside the big plastic bag. My hubby caught them! (4) Kiiroitori (now known as DBW, our nick for it. HEE) that my Hubby bought at the airport (5) Let's see, there are: waterbottle pouch, hairband, Vitz car model, sweets, water bottle, cups, bag hanger, stickers, keychains X 2, bracelet, socks, pens and pencils, mobilestrap charms X 10, keepsake coin and foot massage thingy. (6) Remember the Toyota Vitz advertisment that featured Rilakkuma? HEE! (7) 1 Navy one + charm for myself. Another navy + green + charm for my sister and black one for my mum! (8) Cool wireless mouse and iPhone 3G leather case for my dad! (9) Incase pink sleeve for my Vaio and a small nice pink case for my eeePC. (10) Bape for the Hubby! (11) Finally found the Sushijan game and Transformers for the Hubby. (12) Yes the eeePC is the new toy I was referring in my previous entry. Hee and saw that super mini mouse? I got it in Japan! sweet! (13) The Hakone black egg Hello Kitty. Too cute to resist! <3 That's it! Give me credit for blogging all 7 days at one shot hor! :P I am sure there are lotsa typo but I am really too lazy to check thru them. Aiya then again, you all only wanna see pictures right! I am really bad at documenting trips la... I only know I truly enjoyed myself with my Hubby who have been a great companion and taking care of me so well. I really love travelling with him and I hope we will get more chances to explore the world together! :) Hope you have enjoyed yourself baby! I love you! Thanks for making this trip possible! MUAHH! Sometimes I wonder how cabin crew feels about spending so much time in the air, flying. After every flight, I bound to feel like I am falling sick and too tired to get my ass moved after I got back home. Nevertheless after we touched down on the Saturday night, we quickly unpack all the stuff and throw all smelly laundry into the basket to get them washed the next day. Before I start showering my blog with plenty of peektures... Wishes my wonderful Dad, my Father-in-law and all the fathers out there, A Happy Belated Fathers' day! :) [05.06.09] Woke up extremely early in the morning so I can make it in time to get out of the hosue with the hubby as I need to go to the immigration to collect our visa extention. Yes, we are here for a year already! Damn fast okie?! I swear the weather was killing me. Thank god I made an appointment to collect my visa if not I will have to queue to wait for my turn! Thou it still took me about an hour to get hold of the visa, at least I am queuing in the aircon area. :P After leaving the immigration, which is located at Yau Ma Tei, I had a hard time trying to get outta the place. YMT is known to be "messy" so I am a little worried about getting lost. I got there by a cab from Mongkok but I need to go to IFC Mall for the Miu Miu sale and non of the cabs are willing to get over to HK Island. After a while, a kind cab driver offer to send me to Central Station. And he doesn't want to accept my money! Wah... I tell you, ever since I moved to HK, I hardly get to meet with nice people so it's definitely a pleasant encounter. And you think I will 占 the cab driver's 便宜? Please lor, before I leave the cab, I quickly place my fare onto the seat and left. My main aim at the Miu Miu sale is of course to buy things! :P Here are what I lug back home after a battle with the hot weather:  Miu Miu is having 40% off and they actually have coffer on sale! Goodness... And you think that all are mine? I wish lor! Haha... I got the bags on behalf for my girlfriends... and I only bought the bagcharm la... Thou I very much wanted to get this pretty wallet which was on sale too but decided to forgo it and spend on my japan trip instead. [06.06.09] Woke up early once again (or should I say I never sleep at all?!) because I am super paranoid about missing my flight. -_- Touch down in Singapore at about 11am or so (can't remember already) and rush back home to place our baggage. Rest for a while before Sister came to fetch us to AMK. The Hubby got his new toy finally and we had lunch together with Wansheng who came along to give advise on the new toy. Dinner time was spent with my parents and we had a sumptuous dinner @ Dempsey's Jumbo. But my stupid gastric is acting up and I can hardly enjoy the dinner. :( Hate it!  I miss my family. It's amazing how they kept me going even if we are so far apart. After dinner with my parents, the hubby rush back home to have his gathering with his friends while I rush over to KJ's place for our gathering + Hui Huang's birthday celebration. No collage yet because I look super unglam in them! :P But those in my Facebook should be able to view them by now. HEE! Thank you buddies for remembering my love for the sotong cheeseball. Looking forward to the next one and more cheeseball to come! <3 <3 [07.06.09] Again another sleepless night where the hubby and I gotta wake up early to help out at Gayyong & Junie's wedding. I swear all the sleepless night is breaking me apart! It's all showing on my face la! >< But nevertheless I enjoyed being part of their wedding because the groom is super "on" while the bride is really natural and being very much like herself, which I think it's very nice! After the morning session, the hubby and I rush back home to catch some sleep so that we will have energy for the wedding dinner which is happening later that evening. We woke up and went to Parkway Parade for a little shopping and got my new toy! We are both shiny happy people who are happy with their purchase. :P The Wedding dinner was held at Grand Copthorne and I love the ballroom to bits! If I have seen their ballroom before I decide on Oriental, I might had a hard time deciding between the both of them. Plus the food was really good too! Love the surprises that the couple gave each other and to their parents. And totally love the bride's evening cheongsam! [08.06.09] Woke up early AGAIN and got my new toy changed (found some defects on it. :() and we had the delicious hokkien mee at Suntec City! WOoooooo! Drop by my Dad's office to see my parents and my dearest Sister send us to the airport. Touch down in Hong Kong @ about 9plus pm... Dead tired... [09.06.09 - 12.06.09] The in laws are in HK so I spent sometime with them and met up with the Hubby for dinner together. As usual shopping with the MIL and enjoying the luxury of their hotel suite... amazing. [14.06.09 - 14.06.09] Our Honeymoon...... I am still trying to recall all the places we went! Monday, May 25, 2009 1:22 PM On a rainy day...  The postman came. I always love seeing the postman because it means that my parcel is here. HEE!  Wooo... ems from Japan!  What's that?! (did I mention that I love bubble wraps? :))  My tokidoki X Hello Kitty bagcharm + kuma phone strap!  Tooooooo pretty!! Beyond words. *speechless*  It's all about pink, gold, black, white and PINK! <3  purrrrrrrfect I say!!! (but the clip couldn't fit into the hardware of my bag. I need to change the clip to a bigger trigger snap clasp. any idea where I can get it?)  I love it so much! sososososo much!  My 2nd cellphone strap from Rilakkuma. I love the charms! Heard that the Rilakkuma Store in Japan have more styles. I am so gonna get all of them!  How can you not love Strapya? They are the sweetest shop around and they ship super fast! :) I placed my order last Thursday and I got it this morning. EMS actually work on weekends!. 3qberymuch again baby! Thanks for always trying to give me all the best things in the world. ^^ Unexpectedly, the postman chase away all the monday blues. And hopefully the rain too. :) Countdown: 20 days to Japan! woohoo! Tuesday, May 12, 2009 12:58 PM Another 17 days will mark our 1st year in Hong Kong. It's pretty scary how time actually flies when you stop counting them. Almost a year ago I was fighting the silverfish battle, whining almost every other day, trying to force my way back to Singapore. And today, I am sitting comfortably here typing this entry. I am glad the husband and I got thru the worst and trying to make the best out of our lives here in HK. Nevertheless, I still hope we will move back to Singapore as soon as possible... thou the "1 year later" promise seems to be fading away... we will try! Summer is here and I wonder how I can get past my least favourite season of the year. I constantly feel that I am like a bun in the oven, baking 24/7 in the house. So today, to make sure the sun is of good use, I wash all our 5 pair of jeans and now they are having the best sun tanning session of their lives.  Recently I have been pretty obsessed with buying travel size items. I got the travel size iron, hair dryer, and some personal products!  Since we will try to make as many trips as possible back to Singapore, I got pretty tired to either bring the full size one back or buy small bottle to transfer them out. Products that comes in travel size are the best. Save me all the trouble, they cost really reasonable and they look extremely cute. I love all the SKII ones. But my favourite is definitely the Gatsby hair clay. Love that pink! :P Talking about SKII, I am so loving their products SO MUCH. All thanks to Ailing mei who drag me to their counter during her last trip here in HK, I don't think I will ever convince myself trying them out. 1st, they are expensive. 2nd, their advertisment look as exaggerating as they can be. 3rd, I am LAZY! But now, I totally understand why the essence treatment water is call the Miracle Water. They are indeed miracle. Haha... I don't think I will ever stop using them. I have been shopping quite abit online lately. Jialat la. Never step outta house also spend money. Here's my long await name necklace and anklet! Arrived in my mailbox yesterday.  Have been contemplating about getting 1 since sometime ago but just couldn't find something that catches my eyes. I love the flower crystal thingy on the necklace. Furthermore they offer free shipping so why not! 3qberymuch baby! <3 I can't stop shopping at Strapya. Somebody please ban me from their site! They got all the cutest thing in the world! I am a huge fan of Tokidoki! And their collaboration with Hello Kitty is a killer!  I want/need one to hang on my pretty miu miu!! But I can't decide which to get! 1 which hang cross the bag or 1 that hang dangling down (as shown in the above pics)? I should be getting the design on the extreme right thou (the one with many pink pom pom). So, which style should I get? Across or dangling down? Monday, March 30, 2009 10:29 AM  Pretty paperbag...  with matching dustbag... And revealing... * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *  Malva Bow Satchel!!  So pretty the bow!  Shiny shiny!  Comes with a long strap too.  On me! (okie it looks weird with yellow but heck, I hardly have any yellow outfit! ><)  Perfect charm for the bag! (gotta wait for my bank account recover before I can get it!) (Okie I am really bad at writing a shitload of stuff describing the same thing twice so I am posting 80% of the entry I have posted in TPF. :P) Last evening, I am a proud owner of a Malva bow bag! I have been dreaming of getting 1 ever since the 1st season is out but I just can't seems to convince myself on splurging on a bag. (I am more of a gadget girl than a bag girl...) but that day while catching a flight back to Singapore from Hong Kong, I saw this lady carrying the iris/purple bow bag. My heart was pounding so fast when I saw it! I swear this is the 1st time a bag make me feel this way! After much consideration, surfing the web for more info of the bag, asking my parents, sister and the husband a million times if I should get it and which color to buy, I decided that I had enough of all the waiting, hoping that one will fall from the sky. I pop by Miu Miu store at Hong Kong @ 1 Peking Road. Huge store with a wide color range of the bow bag! You see, I am not someone who will step into a branded store unless I really need to get something. To be honest I am quite sick of how some SA thinks that I can't afford to buy anything (pigeon eye they say.) so I rather not step into the store at all. But the SA in Miu Miu is so nice and accomdating, I know I will be a happy girl today! They don't have everything on display except for the brown one. And so I asked her if there are other colors instead. She went into the back and brought out like 6-7 colors! My gawd I thought the colors will be limited to Black, White and Brown and I have to like preorder for other colors. I skip all other colors except for Iris and Malva as I wanted something dark yet special. (If you don't know me yet, I am very anal about stains so no lighter shades for me. :P) Color chart here! I was sooooooo torn between the Iris and Malva. I can't forget the purple bag that the lady was holding the other day yet I am a die hard pink lover. I started to perspire while holding on to the 2 bags parading infront of the mirror. The husband was with me and he said pink suits me more. The SA think likewise too.(thank god he managed to survived in the store. haha) And so, Pink it is! Deep down inside me, I hope they have lesser colors for me to choose from so I will not hate myself for not getting the Iris at the same time. Please tell me Malva is gorgeous too! OH and one more thing... I realise it's so hard to find the "perfect" bag... almost all the bags have "flaws" on them like scratches or unsightly crease from the calfskin. There is a crease line which appear to be very straight in the middle of the bag. But this is the best piece I can find in that store. I hope I can get used to it as I feel bad going back to the store and exchange it... I start to have feelings for it already! Maybe because I am not the sort of girls who always spend on luxury goods (I can't justify it!), I tends to think alot before I decide if I should get it. I can safely say that not many expensive bags have this "must-buy" effect on me so I think there won't be another post on luxury bags until sometime later. I am hoping to get a 5DmkII next instead! >< The husband commented that I look like I just went to fight a war instead of buying a bag. I came home with 6 blisters on my feets (ugh the heels!) and he wants me to promise him no more heels next time. I feel so surreal. So unreal. But the calfskin smell is choking me. Woooohooo! [edit] Omg I just realise the color I got is IBISCO instead of MALVA! But it doesn't matter. I am still loving it! [/edit]

I was all ready to have a no celebration this time round but the hubsband insist on having a nice dinner together. We met at Steak Expert near our place. While the husband was walking towards me, he was holding this paperbag that reflect the lights and literately glowing from far. Haha... and he got me a gift afterall! It's really nice because the husband was never good in giving surprise until we moved to HK. Maybe Hk got romantic air. :P  He got me the Agnes B tote that I always wanted to buy! Every time when I pass by the store, I will stop and look at it. Now, I don't have to look anymore. It's mine! Wee! Oh that gloomy bear X Hello Kitty keychain is very cute! I pre-order it from strapya-world.com and seems like they don't have it anymore. But still, CUTE! Earlier in the day, the husband called from office and our conversation goes like this: Husband: Bee, what's the LV bag that you always like ah? My colleague wanna buy for his wife so he ask me for recommendation. Me: Uhuh... don't bluff la... you use this tactic many times liao leh. Wanna buy for me is it?! Husband: no lah, really he ask me for recommendation. Me: I like the damier neverfull leh but not selling in HK yet how sia. Husband: Har... any other models or not? Say leh... Me: Trevi lor! But hor... almost 3k sgd leh. Damn expensive! But I prefer neverfull more leh... wait for they to release in Singapore then buy lor. Husband: Ah okie lor... Haha... the husband admit later that he really wanted to buy lv bag for me but since we going Japan for our long awaiting honeymoon (but we have yet to set a date! ><), we can get the neverfull from Japan! I can't wait! Not because of the bag la but because I can finally go to the land of Rilakkuma! As for Trevi, I made a promise to myself that when I go back Singapore and start working again, I will save up for it myself. Hee I think I will cherish the bag even more if I buy it with my own hard earn money! No, I didn't get him any gifts... I am trapped at home leh... But, having me as wife is already his biggest gift lor! :P Right right? Okie la, I paid for the dinner ma... I am not cheapskate. Hee. I will make it up for it la! It's the thought and effort that counts la not the gifts! Weekend is finally here and I can finally step out of the house a do a little shopping. My shingles and allergy are about 80-90% recovered with some blotchy scar which I hope can clear up soon. 1st we had lunch at Mongkok's Langham mall, Match.too AGAIN. Totally love their pumpkin rice. After lunch, we drop by Argyle Centre for the Kuma shop. Sorry I can't resist. Everytime I go Mongkok, I must drop by their store. And I must buy something from them because they always got new items when I'm there. Haha... Wanted to help my Sister to get the korilakkuma hat/cape or whatever you call it... OH, the one I bought sometime back and I posted picture of it too. But it's all sold out so I bought a towel hairband for her and myself instead. I think the lady can totally recognise me now and she asked me if I want to pre-order any new stuff instead. Cute! We left Mongkok and head toward Tsim Sha Tsui for Q-pot as I have reserved my pink iphone case and it's ready for collection! I really hate going to Harbour City because it's sucha long walk from the MTR station! If not for the fact that Q-pot only has one and only branch and it's located at such ulu place, I won't even want to visit the place. Plus the mall is so goddamnblardy huge that it took us like 20 minutes to walk from the main entrance to the Toyrus. After TST, we took the train and head to Causewaybay for the husband's haircut. We had an hour to burn so we rot outside of Timesquare and people-watched. Harhar. The husband's haircut always take very long leh. 3 hours! The salon is always so busy and even if you had reservation with them, you will still have to wait. -_- Seems like a reverse thing huh... I hardly make my husband wait because I don't do manicure (unless on special occassion and even if I do, I won't want him to tag along), I don't have haircut often, at most twice a year and I will do it with the husband so he don't have to wait for me. So I guess it's not a bad thing to marry a notsovain and notsogirly wife afterall.   The iPhone case is quite a bitch to fix... a little too snugfit. But still very pretty! Only problem now is it can no longer fit into my Kuma cellphone pouch. :( So sad... shall see what I can do! And I have also finally fixed the winkplay sticker on my laptop. Almost the same way I did to my old laptop but since the surface is bigger, I stick more on it. Nice or not! Tricia, the SA of Q-pot told me it's a little too big for itouch 1st gen as the iphone is somewhat thicker and longer. And also there are holes on the case for features on the iphone which itouch don't have so it may pose problems like dust and scratches? But because we don't have itouch to test it out we don't know how loose it may be... hope this helps! Hong Kong's weather suddenly turned cold again for the past 1 week and it's freezing us up. Tuesday, October 14, 2008 10:36 AM Wah lau... this really set my heart racing. Just started packing my bags with stuffs that we are supposed to bring back. Everyday dump abit of things inside just in case we miss out anything. Gotta bring back the entire stack of left over invites as my in laws have to give out the rest by hands. Sigh. To deal with stress, retail theraphy just have to continue. :P I just track my items and 2 out of 3 package of my spree items are in Singapore. Guess they should be able to reach me when I am back in Singapore! Finally gotten my panda trucker cap!
Been searching for it everywhere. The shop in HK ran out of size and YesStyle.com took a long time to restock. Anyway the wait is worth while. I love it to bits! Can bring it to our honeymoon liao! Was shopping with the husband at Fa Yuen St. and chance upon this pair of pumps. Too cute to resist la!
It should be rat right? Not rabbit hor? Finally managed to get the automatic feeder for the guppies. Although i read that they can go food-less for 2 weeks but that bear the thought of not feeding them la. What if they start snipping each other's tails?! Quite funny at how they recognise feeding time. When they see me near the tank, they will start to go crazy jumping up and down. I suspect if I leave the cover open, they will sure jump out of the tank lor. The husband have to go for his haircut this weekend before the wedding. Damn vain boy la. Spend more time infront of the mirror than me. Can't wait to snip off my hair after our big day. I get so sick and tired of long hair especially when i am suffering from bad hair fall. I think i will go botak in no time. Damn scary leh. I JUST HAVE TO TALK ABOUT THIS. It's a known fact that I have zero tolerance to plagiarism. Yet again and again its happening around me. It's amusing when people copy my blog entries. Not like it's well written la. Plus so many gammer mistakes! Want to copy also check the grammer la... it's so boring lor. Talking about my daily life. My husband is not your husband. My name is Anne and yours is not. BUT it's not funny when you copy someone's copyrighted work. Especially lyrics. I once caught someone copying my lyrics without citing me as the original author. But this person realise her mistakes and mend her ways. I appreciate that. But then I met this another girl, who I really hate describing as shameless, just couldn't stop doing it, copying, plagiarizing, stealing someone elses work. I 1st found her copying my entries, my love "poem" which I painstakingly wrote for my husband years back (original ones okie?! i didn't google and copy and paste leh). Then I confronted her, ON MY BLOG. After which she deleted it. Then when the husband proposed to me, she will tell me that her bf proposed too and getting married. Of course I will give her my blessing. (But everyone knows her dark secret.....) Then whenever I said I wanted to get something, she also say she want to buy, or already bought it. THEN now I am a lyricist, she also wants to be one! Are you a major fan of mine? If YOU really wants to be a lyricist, go ahead. I won't stop you. But if you openly declare that you are one, and posting all your work in your blog and forums, you have to be really careful. All your so-called works are not yours. Not a single one for godsake. You got them from all different Taiwan aspiring songwriters forums and sites, thinking that no one will find out. Claiming that those are your works? WRONG MOVE. Every single piece of work have copyright belongs to the original writers or their publishing house. For example like mine which belongs to Warner and COMPASS helps to keep track of copyright needs. If you dare to copy and claim those are yours, you gonna prepare to get sued big time if they decided to go after you. Songwriters circle is rather small. Most of them know each other so such news travels faster than fire. What you're doing now is just trying to get yourself burnt. Thou I heard the original sources are looking into this matter, I am not sure if legal actions will be taken. So I hope this is a good lesson to everyone. Everyone work very hard to achive what they have today. Including songwriters. Who likes to have their work copied and claim credits by others? It took me years to get to where I am now. Don't you dare to think that CTRL C + CTRL V can get you anywhere. Do whatever you like, but don't get caught. Then again, the internet? Nothing is a secret.......... google is your best friend. Sunday, September 07, 2008 6:39 PM Wah long time no blog! Peili was in Hong Kong and back to Singapore already. How fast the 1 week flew past... plus the Husband just left for Zhuhai and here I am all alone at home... :/ The past one week was the most fulfiling week I had ever since I move over to Hk. Peili and I almost combed the entire shopping areas in HK and walked the most distance I had in my entire life. Ah Li shopping style I like. Haha.. she never need to try on the clothing she is buying. Very fast and 干脆。 We waste no time in a single shop and I lose count of how many malls we entered. I myself bought quite abit of stuff. Before Ah li came, I told myself I have to resist and wait for her to visit HK and we shop together. Hahaa... hard work pays off man! On the 2nd last day of her visit, we took the peak tram and visited madame tussauds. The tram is damn scary lor. Thou its my 2nd time taking it, it still scares me. We took helluv pictures there so I shall just post half of them.  Totally feels like a tourist can?! Oh yah, I bumped into Melanie's friend, Yodolyn there. So qiao leh! Heee! Nice meeting you girl! I hope you've enjoyed yourself in HK and at our place, Ah li! Thou the birthday cake is a little small... but I hope you like it, and the present from all of us! :) Come back to HK soon and we will go crazy shopping again! After looking around... I have finally bought a new girl!  Meet Dwella!  Why Dwella? (YES, my 1st non-J Girl!) Because it means, Damian, Wendy, Evonne, Lynette, Linus & April! This new girl belongs to them too because they got it for me for my birthday and wedding! (Ok, Dennis is complaining because a doll won't benefit him. :P) She had her hair spa, eyelash changed and new outfit. Have yet to buy new chips for her so only grey for her now. Isn't she pretty!? The other day while we were at Goldfish market, we decided to get a fishie for keeping. Initially the Husband was going for Fighting Fish but against it after thinking it may give the house 杀气 so we bought Dwarf Pufferfish after seeing how cute they are. Plus they are fresh water fish and easier to maintain. We brought 4 but one died from internal parasite (sunken belly! :() which it caught before we bought it... A few days later, Ah Li accompanied me back to Goldfish market and I bought a not too big all-in-one white fish tank for the darlings. I have to cycle the tank for a day and I see that they can't wait! The next day, once again, I went back to Goldfish market, this time round with the Husband, to get more Puffer and now we have 7 in our tank!  Dwarf puffers are a bunch of selfish fishes. They can't tolerate other spieces living with them so we can't get other type of fishes. But it's okie, they are cute enough alone. :P I have been wearing the same Guess watch which the Husband bought for me in year 2005 for V-day. I had it's strap changed once, battery twice and now, it's almost dead. It move and stop so often that I finally decided to get a new watch to replace it...  Came across this CheCheNewYork watch the 1st time I walk past Citychain near our apartment. It seems like the only Citychain branch that brings in this watch because I couldn't find it anywhere else. Today while sending the Husband to the MTR station, I have decided to get it. Implusive but love it nevertheless. It comes with a cutie panda pouch too.
