My gastric is rather weak these days. Everytime after any meals, I never fail to feel bloated, nauseous and breathless. It feels like I am unable to digest. Hate the feeling. :(
Here are some pictures from the week where Edwin and Cailin visited us.
Visited the usual place and not forgetting to bring them to our favourite dim sum, steamboat and roast goose restaurant. :)
Yesterday the Husband was on MC because the both of us was down with food poisoning. What should we eat when the most healthy food around, (CONGEE!) actually caused us to have food poisoning?! I chose to have curry chicken. LOL 以毒攻毒 okie?! But of course the health conscious Husband refuse to follow the crazy me. :P
Recently the Husband got bitten by the NBA bug. We were shopping for Basketball the other day but got this instead:
Ever since Edwin bought us milo from Singapore, I have been replacing my proper meals with milo and bread/cream cracker. Not sure if it's a healtier choice but it does helps to curb my cravings for some singapore-style drinks. :P
The cold weather is really torturing for me. These days I really hate showering and brushing my teeth. The icy water from the tap will give me froze bite!! I just wanna lie in bed whole day with the Husband and my kumas under the thick and warm blanket...
I am all excited about this weekend! Causeway Bay Time Square will be holding the 2nd part of the BAPE X CHOCOOLATE event and I can't wait to get my hands on the black tee!
And also I will be getting my 1st LV of 2010, which is the lugguage tag for my NF! Still thinking of what to heatstamp. Heard they only allow up to 3 letters only but some lucky ones got their items hotstamp up to 10 letters!
Should I hotstamp:
- WEN - D & A (if they allow &?) - ANNE (if they allow 4 letters?) - 雯 (heard they do chinese character but not sure if they have this word in their tool!)

Kuma, 我爱你一百分!
I have been buying many kuma related items... not sure if my hubby will get sick by looking at them but I think our place is invaded already. HAHA... I can't help it. Whenever I see kuma, I feel very happy. So naturally I want everything to have kuma. From personal items... to even animal crossing.
I spent about 2 hours to make the face look right. Hahaa... But I like how it turn out. Need a pair of matching shoe now!
It's December and here's the new whatsinyourbag!
(YES ALOT OF KUMA!)
1) Longchamp LePilage 2) Rilakkuma Wallet 3) Rilakkuma Card Holder 4) Rilakkuma Phone Pouch 5) Dopod D810 & iPhone 3g 6) LC-A+ with wide angle lens and view finder 7) GRD2 Pouch with GW-1 + hood 8) GRD2 with GT-1 9) Home keys with charms and octopus card 10) Tissue(s) from Watson! (Love the Sakura wet tissue!)
Don't see the bag small small... damn good to squeeze stuff in leh. My previous wallet's clip is not working and coins keep falling out and since I couldn't afford a LV, so use Kuma lor! Who care if people find me childish when I feel happy using it. :P
The Husband's paper is over but my in laws are in Hong Kong and staying over at our place so I don't have much time to update... But I am totally looking forward to this weekend's activities! Disneyland and BBQ!!! WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
Many many kuma!!

*Image intensive post!*
Last Friday, we met up with Waiming who were in Hong Kong for some fun! Hope you enjoy the dinner and the short shopping!
Saturday, we make a trip down to the Canon showroom @ TST to have our hands on the new release 5dmkii. Have to queue up and each person only entitled 5 minutes to test the camera lor. Hahah.. can't believe we actually queue for it. No need for me to write a review on it. It's everyone's dream camera.
After leaving the showroom, we took a train to Mongkok and check out if my pre-order kuma has arrived. Meanwhile, I got myself some Xmas deco and one bigger size kuma! (will intro him in the next entry!)
There you go! After waiting for more than a month!
23 days...

to our wedding. Quite insane right? Less than a month lor!
Anyway the wedding site is finally up and running after much procrastination. Sometimes I really felt so lazy that I can feel juices oozing out from my skin. Grr.
Last Tuesday was Chung Yeung Festival, which is HK's public holiday. But sometimes I really hate PH because the crowd here can get totally out of control. Then again, a full day with the husband can never get better.
We had a tourist day on Tuesday. Went shopping at IFC mall (husband bought magazines only), took a ferry (1.70HKD ONLY!) from Central to TST and continue to shop. SOGO having 1 day sales and Longchamp long handle le pliage going for 50% off (109SGD!). Bought a red one. How to resist such sales man. Should have bought one more for Sister. But I think I can pass mine to her la. I don't have so many hands to use so many bags also. Haha.
Wanted to get a new wallet because mine finally gave way. But I am very particular about the design so it always take a long time for me to decide. I love the lv damier koala wallet thou but I doubt I will ever bear to part that huge some of money just for a wallet. Aiyo I can buy a new gadget with that sum of money! Maybe can try the Katespade outlet at Tung Chung this weekend. I am sure I can find very good deals!
After walking round and round in TST, we finally found Tin Cheung, the famous camera shop in HK, and pop in to look for 5Dmki. The price is pretty good but it's a grey set... Hope I have that kind of money to get one for Husband's birthday. The poor boy have been so in love with 5D for a long time. Hope his dream will come true soon!
Oh, Tin Cheung have an amazing collection of 2nd hand cameras lor. They even have Contax 640 but selling at the rocket high price of 3k SGD! I think can get one at a lower price from ebay. Plus the outlook condition is quite unbearable. So no point.
Did I mention before I love the Giordano in HK? Their collect looks really classy and nice! Unlike Singapore ones which look really casual. I think I have spent most in Giordano here. Haha... but imagine I can get 6 pieces of outfit with just SGD100 lor. So wu hua!
Last weekend we add another 6 guppies and 1 dwarf sucker catfish to our mini aquarium. Now we have yellow, red and blue guppies. But one blue died few days back and our one and only catfish passed away yesterday. Sigh.
I think it's because my tank is too clean and no algae for it to feed on... should have bought spinach earlier on to feed it. :( It has been a really good tank mate...
1st roll from LC-A+

Finally collected the cd from the photolab yesterday. Wah the cost is sibeh expensive. Now I seriously need to consider about buying a film scanner.
Only posted the acceptable ones. Some I look like siao char bo in it. HAHA! I am quite surprised that all frames have images leh. I thought some will be a total black-out. Love the natural blue sky from the camera. Photos are all unedited except for resizing. My GRD and DSLR can't even produce anything "blue-r" than LC-A+. Love the effect!
Lomographyasia online store is offering free shipping for all items and I have got 50 piggy points which are expiring soon so decided to get 10 rolls of lomography x-pro slide film. Pretty reasonable priced... I got them at HKD310 for 10 rolls, which is like SGD5.60 per roll? I guess the only setback is that the photolab here charge more to process slide film. Ugh.
Oh, we finally made a decision and booked a villa for our honeymoon. None of the below we have KIV-ed the other time. Haha...
Saw alot of positive feedback from tripadvisor and read a couple of blogs regarding the villa. Looks pretty good! And the villa is near to cafes and supermarket.
Oh happy day!

After going thru a week of emotional roller coaster ride, I am backkkkkkkkkkk!
But nope, I have not mastered the art of forgive and forget. At least not for people like THEM. Anyway, like I always say... I believe in karma. So I shall just sit back and relax, waiting for nature to punish EVILLLLLLLLLLL people. :) Meanwhile I will chant good karma for people I love.
And so, good mood started when I finally received my red ipod shuffle which I ordered online. Got it for my gym regiment so workout will not be so boring anymore. Love apple online store because there are no delivery charges and you get free engraving!
Bought the 1gb nia since I only store some of my favourite songs. I love looping and shuffling them so no point getting ipod nano which have an LCD screen.
Basically I spent my weekdays doing wedding photo montage using Premiere Elements. But my laptop is very the 不争气 la. Very slow and keep crashing. God knows how much ram is needed to run such application.
Still remember when I was still in poly, I ran programs like SQL Apache, Flash, Fireworks, Photoshop and Lightwave all at one go because I was rushing my year end project and in the end my computer crash. Got the technician to come and found out my ram literately BLOATED. Ugh.
Back to the montage. I am done with the individual photos (e.g bride and groom's baby and teenage photos) and now left with the couple, ROM and pre wedding photos. Maybe gotta take another week to finish it. Don't ask me why am I not using window movie maker to do it. It's obvious. Premiere Elements got more control over the transition and places to put your text. Once you have learn to use PE, you will never touch Movie maker again.
The husband's monthly haircut was due again and this time round we decided to go ahead and made reservation at HAIRDO, Causewaybay (Opposite Time Square). The husband said that its a much better salon then the previous one he went to. Basically this salon is full of real japanese stylist. Not those wannabe. Thou it's almost twice the price compared to the previous one he had his cut at,HAIRDO cost almost the same price as what the Husband paid for when he cut his at Hairy's @ Far East Plaza, Singapore. So I guess it's all worth it. He is still as suave. Hee hee.
After his 1 1/2 hr haircut (don't ask me why so long!), we pop over to Time Square and had dinner @ Simply Thai for the 2nd time.
Don't understand why people cannot take non-shakey pictures with my camera. Not even the husband. So hard to control meh. Yah la I know under low lights shots tends to be shakey but... I can still take quite steady shot of you leh. :/ Why my individual picture always so blur one. :(
I had my usual shrimp paste fried rice while the husband had this out-of-the-world-crazy-spicy basil leave fried rice. Poor baby LS-ed like 4-5 times after the dinner. Too spicy liao la!
After dinner, we went Citysuper and after much consideration... the husband bought me a huge present!
TADAAAAAAAA!!!!!!
My very own Lomo LC-A+!!!! Man, I don't know how does girls felt if their bf or hubby present them with a branded bag but to me, buying me a gadget I love is like the best feeling in this world! I love my new toy and no words can describe how I feel now!
I am still looking for the perfect pouch for it now. Wanted to get the same porter pouch I got for my GRDII but LC-A+ is fatter than GRDII and it's not easy to find back the same pouch as it's a LE piece...
Anyway here are some pictures of my new toys and some comparison shots with GRDII.
They do look abit like siblings. But LC-A+ isn't made to perfection. It's a little rugged-looking but guess that's why I fell in love with it. Now I truly appreciate the beauty of black... but not like I no longer love pink. :)
I almost forgotten how to load a 35mm film but I guess all the good memories are coming back. The very last time I handle a film camera was like my last year in Secondary school. Am at the 7th frame now only so gonna take sometime before I can post what amazing images it can capture...
I know I said I want it to be a present from those who knows who I am talking about but the husband know I can't wait so got it for me 1st. So if you're still fussing over what to get for me, just chip any amount into this present and it will still make me very happy. It's the thought that counts la. :P More info, go contact the husband ba! (But I still want my birthday card hor!)
I truly hate Hong Kong's weather. We encountered the worse hit of rain and heat ever since we move over. It's crazy because it affect your daily routine. Like today, the Standby Signal for Tropical Cyclone, No. 1 is in force together with the VERY HOT warning. I am trapped inside the house with the bright sun all over me. I can't switch on the aircon because the living room aircon is the huge one which will contribute ALOT to the water and electrcity bills. I had the fan blowing directly at my face till my head hurts. When will winter come? It's prolly the only thing I look forward now in HK.
I also conclude that majority Hong Kong-ers are a bunch of very unhappy people. I have nothing against them, really. But they always have this very unhappy look on their face and put all the blames onto anyone, simply anyone they meet on the street. They dash their way, bumping into you. But instead of saying sorry, they scream at you, like it's your fault.
The other day the husband and I were on the train and this auntie was the last to hop onto the extremely packed train. But because she was carrying a relatively huge backpack, she was bumping into everyone else. Come on, no one was even giving her a dirty look but in return, she starts screaming at this lady next to her, saying that she is getting into hers and her bag's way. The poor lady obviously have to shun away from her but how far can she go... since the train was already so packed.
And there was once even more dramatic. Everyone was minding their own business at the train platform when this young man started shouting in cantonese with things like: "What are you looking at?!?! Not happy?! Come hit me!". Wah lau machiam like Singapore Ah Beng. I never thought I will encounter this myself until that day. The couple was very embarrassed la. Maybe they did stare at the man la but no need shout so loud ma. Aiyo.
Actually Singapore and Hong Kong are about the same. You will encounter good and bad service everywhere, anywhere. Sales reps can be sucha pain in the arse but I shall not dive into negative details. Nevertheless, I still encounter with good ones la. Like this cashier at 大家乐。Maybe it's because we had our dinner there almost every evening but it's still nice to know people actually bother to remember you. She will ask things like, "So is it take away again today?" and she bother to say hello to us very excitedly. It makes me very happy. Simple yet happy.
But nothing beats being at home... my Singapore home...
